Mike Cunningham, a pitcher from Lancaster, S.C., pitched in five game with the Philadelphia Athletics in 1906.

In 28 innings, he compiled a 1-0 record with a 3.21 ERA and 15 strikeouts.  In 12 at-bats that season, Cunningham had 4 hits and drove in a run.

Prior to pitching in the major leagues, Cunningham played for the South Carolina College, which later became known as the University of South Carolina.
