Chet Clemens who played for the Boston Bees and Braves died on Feb. 10, 2002.

Clemens made appearances with the Bees in 1939 and the Braves in 1944. He played in 28 games and finished with 8 hits in 40 at-bats for a career .200 average.

Clemens left baseball to serve in the military from 1944 to 1946.
